King of Prussia Mall is the second largest mall in the US. Lorel managed all traditional and interactive deliverables for the mall for over 20 years.

While at Lorel, I was responsible for developing the system architecture, wireframes, functional specifications, user experience for nearly all of Lorel's deliverables. These included an iPhone and Android based mobile application, redesign of the website, mobile website, a seasonal microsite, and email marketing programs.
